Husky Highlights: Early Release, Boosterthon Launch & Important Dates

Dear Bradford Elementary Families,
Welcome to this week's edition of Husky Highlights! If you prefer to read our updates rather than watch the video, you will find all the key information and upcoming dates listed below.


A giant thank you to our amazing PTO for putting on a wonderful Back to School Ice Cream Social on Tuesday night! It was wonderful to see so many of our students, teachers, and families coming together to celebrate the start of the school year.


  • Early Release Day (Wednesday, September 30th): Students will be dismissed at 11:35 AM. Please note that there is NO Discovery Club in the afternoon, so please ensure dismissal plans are in place.
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences (Thursday, October 15th): Please save the date! We are currently finalizing the schedules, and official timing details and sign-up links will be sent out towards the end of next week.
  • Picture Day (Thursday, October 22nd): Get those smiles ready! School Picture Day is right around the corner.

We are thrilled to launch our biggest fundraiser of the year: the Bradford Elementary Fun Run! Our goal this year is to raise $15,000 to support student learning, growth, and school community events.
Why we're excited:
  • Easy Online Fundraising: Register your student on MyBooster.com and simply share your student's page with friends and family. Every share makes a difference!
  • Character Program: Students will participate in the Global Kitchen Club, an exciting adventure where they will learn core values through popular recipes and traditions from around the world.
  • Fitness Celebration: Every student gets to participate in our energetic Fun Run event day!

  • Wednesday, October 21st: Fun Run Event Day!
  • Thursday, October 22nd: School Picture Day!
